Rhubarb--I kind of knew that, but thought finding this particular item so easily attainable was funny (and a little disturbing).
In truth, I was doing a reality check with respect to a villain's mode of controlling their victims using these, (how easy they'd be to get, etc) evil villainess or not.
A quick google (If anyone ever checks my search history, I'll have a lot of explaining to do) revealed that it's not at all difficult to get your hands on this kind of thing. I was most amused to discover that you can buy them on ebay for less than $20.00.
