Inexcusable

Administrative, bureaucratic idiocy strikes again.

Supplies for Katrina victims went to Mississippi agencies

Remember the damage inbreeding did to the royal families of the 1800s?

Maybe we should stop letting them intermarry . . .

The concept of quality control seems to be a foreign one at times, especially among those agencies elected (and paid) to do a job by those of us on the street, eh, Mary?

I'm not sure that would help. I'm pretty sure they reproduce asexually like viruses...
