Willows Blood

I've been going back and forth as to whether or not to ask this.

A hundred or so pages into the first of what will probably be several edits of Willows Blood, and I'm facing a dilemma with respect to pacing. It's a question of tension and how soon to relieve the reader of the burden.

Is that all nice and obscure?

Good.

I need a couple of readers who don't mind seriously imperfect copy to read the first hundred and fifty pages of Willows Blood. I do not need anyone to proof ('Would hate to be responsible for anyone's eyes bleeding). I'm well aware that there are typos, dropped articles, and misplaced commas. I just need to know if I'm on track in one respect only. If I'm not, then I can fix it. If not, then I can move on.

Fair warning: Has some contextual PG language (still trying to decide how much will stay and how much will go).

Anybody got some time to spare? (The pay is lousy--just my undying gratefulness).

I'll be glad to give it a look if you think it would be helpful.

I can try, if you like. The brain is a bit soggy lately, though.
